All orders ship in 7-14 business days (unless otherwise stated on the homepage). If your order contains any "pre-order" items, your entire order WILL NOT ship until the day the "pre-order" item states in the title.

Craftykayboutiques are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you purchase the extended "Route" insurance on every US order to insure you are protected by them. 

If you order is returned back to use due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. Orders returned back to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will be refunded. The refund will exclude your shipping charge and the extended "route" insurance if purchased.

Please triple check that the address you input at checkout is correct. This will avoid any issues with deliveries.

Caring for your heat transfer decorated garment is simple and if applied and cared for properly, will last the life of the garment.

• Washing the garment inside out is the best way to prevent premature wear and tear.
• Cold wash only and hang to dry or tumble dry
• Wash any glassware by hand with gentle soap & water. While they are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand wish only.
